Haley Medved Kendrick is a fourth year graduate student with a proven record of leadership and productivity both in her field and the university. As a PhD student in Medical Sociology, Haley has served as a student mentor in her department for two years, received multiple honors and awards including international and local internships addressing health disparities, institutional global health and health outcomes fellowships, and professional service scholarships.
Haley has served in a number of capacities, including Graduate Student Government senator and committee chair, Global Health Interest Group President, and National Association of Graduate-Professional Student Southeast Regional Employment Concerns Chair.
Haley is passionate and health and science policy, and is enthusiastic about using a scientific approach to solving the country and the world's problems.
